At EcologicalFX our focus is to provide a means for Implementing and Understanding the benefits of improved water use techniques. Our commitment to the initiative of ecological responsibility is resolute and at the core of our ethos.
Implementing- We assist industrial & manufacturing leaders with increasing their wastewater treatment effectiveness while reducing their environmental footprint, meeting both permit regulations and their corporate goals.
Helping clients wade through the river of options for reducing the ecological effects of water use, waste water treatment, and process water is what we do. We believe that ecological responsibility is most effectively handled pro-actively, not re-actively.
Understanding- We are expanding to provide a means for children and families to get outdoors and into ecology. Field training and learning activities focus on ecological effects of water use and include fun and educational workshops and nature hikes for all ages. Topics include water cycles, aquatic ecology, water bugs, ecological fieldwork, indicator species, stream surveys, microbial ecology...etc.
Water comes and water goes, picking up and moving a great number of elements along the way as we use it. It has a cyclical life in which it eventually returns back to the source. The better we handle water, the better it is downstream for everyone.

Something cool we're heading up is an Aquaponics project at a local environmental education center for NEO highschoolers.
the reason is simple.
Help kids get outside and into ecology. We're donating time and resources to expand the botanical and landscape programs to include Aquaponics: the balance of nutrients, water, and life.
the design is simple.
Use donations to design, install, and maintain an effective closed loop ecosystem. Nutrients and water cycle between vegetation growing beds and a fish farm.

Through working together to give students more ecological opportunities, we build a better future. It's that simple.
the results are simple.
Students actively participate in a method of farming that teaches ecological cycles. Flowers, fruits, vegetables, herbs, and fish grown can be the foundation of local opportunities. Money made will help grow the students' aquaponics maintenance and expansion funds.
